Well, it's regional. PCP is popular in northern California and some parts of LA, weed is almost legal and easy to get in San Diego/border areas (the government uses Raptors to harvest it from the Mexicans that bring it here), San Fran will do just about anything. If you want crack here your best bet is a desert shit hole like Ridgecrest or Baker.

I'm not sure as to what races, these things tend to be a free form idea. But so far as the lack of mic goes, you can plug a USB keyboard into your PS3 and type that way. It makes that type of messaging much easier. Bluetooth keyboards work as well.

Not really, if you really want to brush up, though, I would do at least a part of the Roadster 4 hour in the fastest Miata you can muster. That race is what taught me braking points in that game.
